Appointments
You can schedule appointments through the ‘Beaute n Hair’ website. Upon selecting ‘Book Now’, a non-refundable booking deposit of $25 is required. We kindly ask customers to arrive punctually for their appointments. A reminder text will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time. ‘Beaute n Hair’ reserves the right to decline service, cancel, or reschedule appointments at its discretion. While we make every effort to maintain the appointment schedule, unforeseen circumstances might lead to delays. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment
Pricing and Services
‘Beaute n Hair’ offers a range of services listed in the ‘Services’ menu. Any additional services not specified during booking may incur extra charges or require a separate booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A single reschedule is allowed per deposit. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the $25 booking deposit as a cancellation fee. In the case of a ‘No-show’, ‘Beaute n Hair’ reserves the right to charge the full service price along with the booking fee
Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, ‘Beaute n Hair’ vouchers, and in-store payments via Afterpay. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.
Amendments
At ‘Beaute n Hair’, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re dissatisfied, please communicate your concerns within 24 hours. We may offer corrections or remedies based on the specific service provided.
Health & Safety
During appointments, ‘Beaute n Hair’ takes reasonable precautions to ensure customer safety. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent hair treatments that might impact the service provided.
